That is to say, there’s only a limited amount of buildable land on the earth, but the worlds population is rapidly growing every year.

They can’t find land development handbooks and resources or other real estate investing guides. So for many of them, buying or selling land for development has become a deadly game of Russian roulette. It doesn’t have to be that way. Land development involves work, not smoke and mirrors.
Real estate investing and development is not a “get rich quick” business, and you should be wary of those who claim that it is in order to try to sell you their “secrets” for hundreds or thousands of dollars.
